IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Overview
Infosys is seeking a Senior Coupa Consultant
. As a Senior Coupa Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for developing Coupa processes within the scrum team, delivering on assigned work, and contributing to reusable components on Coupa technologies. You will work closely with the technical lead, scrum master, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of interfaces, processes, and other deliverables.
• Develop and optimize Coupa processes in an agile scrum environment.
• Design and build reusable Coupa components.
• Review technical issues and resolve them with the technical lead and scrum master.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and timing expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship;

Hartford, CT
; may require travel to project or client sites.
- At least 2 years of experience with Coupa.
- Lead Coupa implementations and enhancements for healthcare procurement and contract workflows.
- Configure and optimize Coupa CLM for managing healthcare contracts, including provider agreements and regulatory documentation.
- Manage RPMA processes for requisitioning, sourcing, approvals, and supplier onboarding with healthcare compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, legal, finance, and clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS guidelines.
- Integrate Coupa with ERP systems and healthcare platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, SAP).
- Provide training, support, documentation, and system monitoring for end users.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
- Experience integrating with internal/external systems using APIs, file transfer, etc.
- Awareness of application security and secure application interactions.
- Agile development experience (Scrum) with JIRA for tracking.
- Database concepts, architecture, and design.
- Active participation in project design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Coupa Certified Professional (CLM or Procurement).
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience in large healthcare organizations or payer/provider environments.
The job may entail extensive travel and sitting or standing at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
