Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud Procurement Functional Lead with extensive experience on Oracle Cloud. This position involves responsibility for solution design and governance of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) global business processes. The lead will provide functional inputs and leadership support to the Oracle Cloud (SaaS + PaaS) implementation teams in addressing complex SCM business requirements. Responsibilities include business process mapping, problem definition, solution proposal, design, development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

• Must be located within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN, or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. Travel in the US and Canada may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of education.
• 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• 10 years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management modules.
• At least two full life‑cycle implementations with hands‑on configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion (SaaS + PaaS) SCM application (Procurement, Inventory & Order Management).
• Responsible for leading requirements elicitation, fit‑gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post‑production support.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, designing solutions for high transaction volumes, and performance testing.
• Experience designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated application landscapes.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management.
• Experience handling integrations with external partners/applications such as e‑Commerce portals, part catalogs, trading partners, EDI.
• Comfortable conducting requirements workshops, CRPs, and key design discussions with clients.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills; strong leadership and delivery management background with offshore teams and third‑party application teams.
• Track record of interacting with and building relationships with CXO‑level client contacts.
• Capable of managing client escalations as a Solution Architect.
• On‑site and offshore communication and work management experience.

• Ability to work in a diverse multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Technical, SQL, REST‑API and BIP reports.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Technical – SCM modules.
• Experience in solution evaluation and recommendation; lead the team in presenting solution alternatives and gaining customer buy‑in.
• Oracle Certification preferred;
  Distribution Industry experience a plus.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
