As a key member of this newly created team, you will apply data-driven insights, standardized practices, and deep HR expertise to deliver meaningful, sustainable impact. You will play a critical role in shaping how colleagues are supported, heard, and empowered across Hartford Health Care for years to come.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates case life cycle from opening through triage and resolution.
  • Maintain appropriate case documentation and case tracking.
  • Compile data related to submitted cases, identify trends per Business Unit/Region.
  • Helps address basic employee relations inquiries and policy issues, such as attendance concerns, under guidance and established procedures.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors in Business, Human Resources or related field or 5 years of equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 1 year of HR experience required
  • Previous employee relations experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to uphold strict confidentiality of HR information
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn HRIS platforms
  • Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Willing and able to travel between HHC locations as needed.
