• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage employees.
• Oversee the customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review and evaluate shift reports to ensure integrity of revenue control.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
• Complete required reports.
