A leading hospital in central Connecticut is seeking a Pediatric Infectious Disease Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join its growing pharmacy team. This full-time, weekday position is ideal for a pharmacy professional passionate about pediatric infectious diseases and ready to lead clinical initiatives that directly impact antimicrobial stewardship and patient care across a high-acuity setting.
QualificationsQualified candidates must have at least three years of pediatric hospital pharmacist experience, ideally with a PGY2 in pediatrics or infectious diseases, and will be actively engaged in stewardship programs. Board certification and advanced training are preferred.
