Overview

Medical Office Receptionist - Temp to Hire

Locations: Hartford, Enfield, and Bloomfield, CT

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dependable and professional Medical Office Receptionist to support a fast-paced medical practice with locations in Hartford, Enfield, and Bloomfield
. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
  • Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Assist with general administrative and office duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at all three locations
  • Comfortable using basic office systems and learning new software
