Starting annual salary - $72,000-$80,000 commensurate upon experience plus a $5,000 sign on bonus

Job Summary
Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of our clients? We re looking for a passionate and dedicated Life Span Clinical Manager to lead our Adult and Child Outpatient clinics. In this role, you ll lead and inspire by managing the day-to-day operations of our Outpatient clinics, hiring, and supervising a talented team, and providing leadership in department meetings and activities.
You ll make a difference by taking on a small caseload, conducting assessments, and triaging for emergent or walk-in clients, ensuring they receive the best care possible. Be a community champion by representing The Village in community groups or committees, and contributing to agency-wide task forces, committees, or problem-solving teams. Key Responsibilities
Experience and Skills
Education
- Master s degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed counseling degree.
- State of CT license required (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, PhD/PsyD)
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing clinical services; minimum of 3 years as a clinical supervisor.
- Excellent oral and written skills and ability to communicate comfortably with clients, staff, referral sources, and the public.
- Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and able to multi-task.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications. Possess solid general computer skills, including ability to work in a Windows environment. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records is required, and knowledge of specific applications used by The Village and its referral sources is a plus.
- Must be culturally competent to serve diverse client population; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
