Trinity Health of New England is looking for an experienced Virtual Monitoring Attendant to provide 24‑hour patient monitoring ncis Hospital, Hartford, CT. The role supports patient safety and enhances care through vigilant observation and real‑time communication.

• Maintain visual observation at all times of up to 12 patients, monitoring behaviors and movements.
• Verbally redirect patients via a digital two‑way audio device using a microphone and headset.
• Summon nursing staff immediately if a patient requires assistance.
• Support the plan of care for patients requiring virtual monitoring.
• Document incidents and report when a patient appears to pose a threat to themselves or others.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and colleagues in a courteous, positive, empathetic, and professional manner.

• On‑site – St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT
• 24‑hour PT Nights – 7 PM to 7:30 AM
• Must work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
• 24/7 work environment, rain or shine.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to function independently and manage own time and work tasks.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
