JOB SUMMARYRenders assessment and psychotherapeutic services to young children and families. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff. Participates in Quality Assurance and Utilization Review. Assists in implementing programmatic and agency priorities.
Program Summary – Family Based Recovery- Provides daily supervision and training, and oversight to the clinical and case management staff.
- Areas of competence must be demonstrated in experience with the provision of substance abuse related treatment services, as well as early childhood/family clinical services.
- The supervisor will provide weekly reflective supervision to the team. Team supervision will be no less than one hour a week and individual supervision will be provided as needed.
- They will develop a strong relationship with the DCF Area Office to include CPS team and RRG.
- The supervisor will review all referrals to determine eligibility.
- The supervisor will oversee and provide data to DCF Central Office and F MDO Services.
- The supervisor will provide direct clinical care to clients at the outpatient group (called Social Club) and in the home when needed due to clinical acuity or staff absence.
- The supervisor will receive from F MDO Services both the initial F training and weekly consultation about the ongoing implementation of the F model with the team.
- This person will be part of an on‑call supervisor rotation to support on‑call staff.
- Assessment and engagement
- Formulation and contracting for services or treatment plan.
- Implementation of treatment plan, modifying it as appropriate during the course of treatment.
- Discharge planning which may include linkages to community support services.
- Case management services
- Clinical documentation required by agency and program policies, and funding sources.
- Maintain productivity targets determined by service.
