• Assist in promoting and coordinating economic, housing, and community development activities
• Provide technical assistance to municipalities in developing community development plans
• Review plans and proposals for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and track proposals through the departmental approval process
• Assist in preparing reports and commitment letters as needed

• Five (5) years of experience in corporate marketing, business development, or related fields
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal economic, housing, and community development programs
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
• Valid Motor Vehicle Operator's license may be required

• Experience with grant programs, including application processes and administration
• Familiarity with economic development programs and capital projects
• Background in contracting grants
• Experience working with municipalities and non-profit organizations
