Role Description

We have a few part-time positions for Licensed Bail Enforcement Agents. As a licensed Bail Enforcement Agent, your day-to-day tasks will include locating and apprehending individuals who have skipped bail, conducting surveillance, working closely with law enforcement agencies, and documenting your activities. This is an on-site role located throughout the state of Connecticut.

Qualifications
  • Valid license as a Bail Enforcement Agent in the State of Connecticut
  • Valid State of Connecticut Pistol Permit with the Gold Card Endorsement
  • Prior Military / Law Enforcement experience is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to bail enforcement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail andthe ability to document activities accurately
  • Ability to adapt to adverse situations
  • Some computer literacy is helpful
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
