- Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing technical or complex clerical duties in a governmental regulatory agency or regulated industry
- Current employee of the State of Connecticut with at least six (6) months of full-time service
- Ability to understand, interpret, and apply laws and regulations related to regulated entities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in utilizing computer software for various tasks
- Experience reviewing and approving applications for education providers and courses
- Familiarity with reviewing continuing education certificates from licensees
- Background in developing meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes for multiple boards
- Experience maintaining webpages
