West Hartford, CT | $75,000–$95,000 Base | Monday–Friday | Onsite

We’re partnered with a growing, well-established wealth management firm in West Hartford that works with high-net-worth clients. As their client base expands, they’re adding a Financial Planning Specialist to support their Senior Financial Planner.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years in financial planning or wealth management who wants to grow in a structured, mentorship-driven environment — with real exposure to advanced planning strategies and client interaction.

If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping clients reach their financial goals, this role offers strong growth potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and update financial plans using eMoney (or similar software)
  • Gather and organize client financial data
  • Assist with cash flow projections, investment reviews, and scenario planning
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records
  • Attend select client meetings and support planning discussions
  • Partner with advisory, operations, and compliance teams
  • Provide responsive, high-quality client service
What They’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
  • Experience with eMoney or similar planning software preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills — this role has client exposure
  • CFP® preferred or interest in pursuing it
