Duration: 9+ Months Contract
Job Description- 3 5 years of experience in fraud operations, risk operations, or financial crime investigations
- Knowledge of fraud typologies, investigation techniques, and prevention controls
- Experience using fraud detection and case management systems
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Experience in Payments, Collections, Credit Operations, or related functions; experience in consulting.
- Understanding of collections workflows such as delinquency handling, skip tracing, contact strategies, hardship programs, and recoveries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel; comfort working with operational dashboards and reporting tools.
- Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
