- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance analysis across WHQ functions
- Partner with functional budget owners to review results and support cost reduction initiatives
- Lead month-end reporting by preparing performance summaries and communicating key insights
- Build and maintain forecasting models and reporting templates to improve visibility
- Deliver clear, actionable financial insights for senior leadership and the Executive Leadership Team
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or another analytical role
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and modeling
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience with financial systems such as HFM, Qlik, JDE, Datapoint, or Power BI
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability
- Continuous improvement mindset
