The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, consolidated reporting, financial planning and analysis, overseeing general and cost accounting, and technology implementation. They will collaborate with the CFO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing accounting and FP&A.
Salary up to $250K plus bonus, Hybrid schedule (3 days in office), 25% travel to various plants
Responsibilities- Conduct strategic financial planning, monitor data analytics, and develop reporting processes
- Manage ERP integrations for newly acquired entities
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and audits
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports
- Oversee the accounting function for 4 plants, managing Plant Controllers
- Lead and monitor closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting for all sites
- 10 years of finance and accounting experience
- CPA or MBA preferred
- MUST have manufacturing and cost accounting experience
- Divisional or business unit leadership experience required
- ERP system implementation and integration experience
