A rapidly expanding credit investment platform is seeking a Credit Operations Associate to support its growing private credit business. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to loan closings, treasury, and portfolio operations within a high-growth, institutionally backed environment.
Company Information:A leading financial services-focused investment platform with ~$5 billion in credit AUM within a larger PE firm, poised for significant growth across consumer and corporate credit strategies.
Job Description:- Assist the Manager of Operations with day-to-day operational activities across the credit platform
- Support onboarding and implementation of a new Order Management System (OMS)
- Help lead the loan closing process for private credit transactions
- Reconcile credit agreements to the OMS and Portfolio Administration platform
- Produce reporting for the front office and key internal stakeholders
- Aggregate and post monthly pricing and valuations for the portfolio
- Provide oversight of sub-agents for internally agented deals
- Support trade settlement processes for loan transactions
- Perform position and cash reconciliations
- Assist in managing borrowing bases and leverage facilities
- Support treasury operations including cash reporting
- Assist with the setup of bank accounts and payment of fund expenses
- Contribute to ad hoc operational and strategic projects
Qualifications:
- Based in Connecticut
- 1+ years of experience in sell-side, buy-side, or fund administration environments
- Credit experience (private or public markets)
