About the Role:
LHH is hiring a Financial Customer Service Representative to support our Transfer Agency operations for a global custodian team. This role requires 2+ years of customer service experience within financial services (banking, brokerage, investment operations, treasury, or capital markets).
You’ll provide first-class service to clients by accurately processing shareholder transactions, resolving account inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential.

- Process shareholder transactions (purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account updates)
- Respond to inbound client calls regarding account maintenance and transfer agency services
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
- Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client needs
- Contribute to performance metrics including client satisfaction and efficiency
- 2+ years of customer service experience within financial services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Hartford, CT, Monday–Friday
- Comfortable working scheduled shifts between 8AM–6PM EST
- FINRA Series 6, 7, or 99
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
