Senior Analyst, Actuarial

Position Summary

This position will provide market support within Medicaid Actuarial, and includes the opportunity to work on central responsibilities to improve internal processes.

• Understanding drivers of market experience, presenting findings to health plan partners
• Preparing assumptions to be used in forecasts
• Completing ad hoc analysis to be used in rate setting advocacy efforts
• Collaborating with health plan Finance teams

• 2+ years of experience in an actuarial role
• Proficiency with advanced Excel skills
• 2 actuarial exams passed

• Pursuing ASA or FSA credentials
• 2+ actuarial exams passed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

The typical pay range for this role is: $72,100.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
