EY is inviting candidates to join our Services Senior Manager team for Fiduciary/Trust & Estate Accounting Services.

As a Senior Manager in FTEAS you will lead strategy, deliver high‑quality fiduciary and court accounting services, and maintain profitability and compliance across our U.S. client base.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Technical review of complex trust and estate accountings.
- Manage teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of work products.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Participate in business development through sales calls, presentations and marketing efforts.
- Provide estimates for new accounting work and coordinate engagement set‑up.
- Ensure compliance with EY independence, eDocs and internal procedures.
- Develop operational efficiencies and oversee billing and collections.
- Contribute to a team‑oriented culture that promotes professional growth.
- Complete mandatory continuing‑education courses in fiduciary accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- CPA, EA, licensed attorney, professional fiduciary or CTFA certification.
- 10+ years of fiduciary/court accounting experience with staff and engagement management.
- Expertise in review of IRS Forms 706, 1041, K‑1s and complex trust/accounting concepts.
- Strong knowledge of trust structures and estate planning documents.
- Ability to research state‑specific principal and income acts.
- Strong management, client interaction and business‑development skills.
- Excellent organizational and technical proficiency (FAS, Word, Excel).
- Experience with large trusts, complex assets and family offices.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $127,900 to $291,900 nationwide, and higher ranges for major metropolitan areas.
