Trinity College in Hartford, CT, an NCAA Division III liberal arts and sciences college in the NESCAC, is seeking to fill a full-time, faculty head coach position for our Field Hockey program. Trinity is a highly selective, independent, nonsectarian liberal arts institution located in the capital city of Hartford, Connecticut. The College maintains a rigorous academic profile complemented by a vibrant co-curricular program.

- In addition to all coaching, recruiting, budgeting, and team management responsibilities, the head coach will also assist with the implementation of Trinity’s Wellness Curriculum, perform a secondary duty as assigned, assist with event management, and be expected to serve on department and/or college committees. This position also requires both night and weekend availability throughout the academic year.
- Bachelor’s degree is required with a master’s degree preferred.
- Three to five years of coaching experience is needed, preferably at the intercollegiate level.
- Candidates must be knowledgeable of the NESCAC and NCAA Division III philosophies.
