Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified (or board-eligible) Psychiatrist to join our mental health team in Hartford, CT. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing an excellent work-life balance while delivering high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive clinical setting.

- Clinical Skills:
- Expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders using evidence-based practices
- Ability to triage clinical emergencies and implement safety protocols
- Knowledge of referral processes and community mental health resources
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Adherence to confidentiality guidelines and reporting requirements for child abuse/neglect
- Compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards
