Dates of Coverage:
Feb/March for 3 6-month assignment, with potential extension into 2026 and perm hire.

Reason for Coverage: LOA and departure

Practice Setting:
Hospital Based-all inpt-OR ICU/Rounding of patients in ER and floors

Schedule (Shifts and Hours): M-F 6:45AM-5PM

Call

Schedule:

nights and weekends- TBD- aprox 7-8 calls per month

Call Ratio: 3 providers taking call

Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2 cases per day

Trauma Level/Designation:
Level One

Annual ER Volume: 85,000 per year

Number of Operating Rooms: 3

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Description of Ancillary Staff:
Full complement

Adult and Geriatric

Certification Requirement: BLS and ACLS
