Optional with faculty appointment Call Requirements:
Phone call only, averaging 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months Requirements:
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligibility) Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine

Preferred Qualifications:

Over two years of post-residency experience in Primary Care Practice and Community Highlights:
Access to behavioral health specialists, high-risk nurse care managers, and social workers Efficient operations with robust staffing including nursing support and a dedicated medical assistant Advanced healthcare technology systems including EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and a patient portal Living in Connecticut:
