Join a dynamic and patient-focused primary care team in Putnam, Connecticut, where quality care and collaboration are top priorities. We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient services to adult patients in a well-supported, team-based setting. Position Highlights: 100% office-based, outpatient care ??? no inpatient responsibilities Adults-only patient panel (18+) Phone call only: 2 weekends per year + 1 weeknight every 2 months Optional teaching opportunities with potential for a faculty appointment Collaborative care model with robust staffing support Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:
