Clinical Director, Adult Medicine

We are searching for an accomplished Internal Medicine or Family Physician ready to take on the role of Clinical Director and guide our mission-driven Adult Medicine department. The Clinical Director serves as a vital operational and clinical head, overseeing all aspects of the Adult Medicine department. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical quality and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this is a highly collaborative role that requires close coordination with the Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, and the Director of Infectious Diseases.

• Integrated Leadership:
  Maintaining a clinical practice while providing strategic and administrative oversight.
• Operational Excellence:
  Driving measurable improvements in provider efficiency, patient experience, clinic financial health, and overall clinical processes.
• Team Management:
  Leading all aspects of clinical staff and provider management, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, professional development, and disciplinary action.

• Active Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Verifiable track record of delivering high-quality, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
• Experience or deep familiarity with serving diverse, medically complex, and underserved patient populations.
• Proven leadership experience (e.g., Director, Associate Director) in a relevant setting such as a major health center or established private practice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and retain a high-performing clinical team.
