We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine physician to join a dynamic healthcare team as the Associate Director of Primary Care in Hartford, Connecticut. • Provide clinical oversight and leadership to a team of primary care providers
• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to enhance care delivery models
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical standards
• Mentor and support professional development of clinical staff

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in primary care
• Previous leadership or administrative experience preferred
• Active Connecticut medical license (not willing to license)
