Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
• Utilize smartphone-based technology for managing rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers while ensuring equipment cleanliness and safety
• Answer customer inquiries and provide education on products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
• Availability for ongoing training and education through U-Haul University

• Experience in customer service or retail environments
• Familiarity with moving equipment and vehicles
• Certification in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
• Knowledge of U-Haul products and services
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
