Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a global leader in sports media in hiring a Creative Coordinator to join their Creative Studio team. This position is part of the Creative Strategy and Integration group
, which is responsible for the strategic creative vision and execution planning across digital, streaming, broadcast, and marketing initiatives.
Location: Fully Remote (must work 9 AM – 6 PM EST)
Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract
Pay: $30–$31.75/hour (depending on experience)
About the RoleWhile the title is “Creative Coordinator,” this is not a creative design or copywriting position
—it’s a process- and operations-focused role supporting creative teams. The role will play a critical part in supporting the creative strategy and operations for high-profile projects, including the Super Bowl LXI campaign.
- Support coordination of creative strategy projects and optimization initiatives across the Visual Storytelling team.
- Partner with Creative Producers to manage day‑to‑day operations, track Super Bowl LXI discussions, and capture strategic insights.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure readiness for key project milestones.
- Assist with the creation and oversight of project schedules, deliverable lists, internal microsites, department asset libraries, and promotional tools.
- Support preparation and delivery of promotional assets for studio and live‑action productions.
- Assist Producers with QC of promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal departments to obtain materials and assets for project needs.
- Utilize asset libraries and footage servers to screen, log, and clip content for creative use.
- Prepare materials for internal and external presentations.
- Develop a deep understanding of various show and network looks.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in broadcast and/or digital producing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay positive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work well within teams of diverse personalities and working styles.
- Knowledge of sports media distribution platforms (MVPDs, SVODs, etc.).
- Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, or Atlassian tools.
- Familiarity with creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience supporting creative promo (video or design) production workflows.
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
