Sr Construction Project Manager - Engineering / Bldg Construction

Join the Engineering team at Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England. This full‑time role is day shift and focuses on leading construction projects that support direct and indirect patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate master planning initiatives in the markets.
  • Work closely with approved architects and select support design partners.
  • Align programs across leadership teams to fit project management plans.
  • Manage construction safety programs and infection control during construction.
  • Deliver project reports to stakeholders on time.
  • Recommend construction management platforms.
Education &

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field.
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with building codes.
  • Basic drafting and CAD experience.
Required Experience
  • 5–7 years of estimating construction and project management.
  • Certification as a Healthcare Constructor (CHC) within 12 months of hire.
  • Experience with capital project management software.
  • Financial, operational management and budgeting expertise for construction.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
Physical and Mental Demands
  • Exposure to unpleasant conditions (sight, touch, sound, smell) frequently.
  • Frequent exposure to fumes, dust, biohazards, chemicals and sharp objects.
  • Occasional exposure to noise, infectious waste and related conditions.
  • Frequent interruptions, shifting priorities and stressful situations.
  • Ability to follow complex tasks through completion.
