• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Drive project scheduling, financials, and forecasting to ensure profitability.
• Oversee subcontractor relationships and on-site logistics.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and requisitions accurately and on time.
• Build strong relationships with owners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Utilize software tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365 for reporting and documentation.
• Maintain full understanding of contract requirements and ensure compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 tools (Excel expertise required).
• Experience with Procore preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracting and project workflows.
• Experience with large-scale projects such as water/wastewater plants, tanks, pump stations, or heavy civil work.
• OSHA and safety certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
• Bonus: Performance-based bonuses tied to company and project profitability

  Location:
  
  Monday – Friday, ~50 hours per week (occasional Saturday support);
  Based in Hartford, CT area with periodic travel to regional job sites (CT and nearby states); partial remote flexibility possible for experienced candidates.
