Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Remote, United States (East Coast Preferred)
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and support leadership in managing administrative, financial, and program logistics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily business operations and administrative processes
  • Coordinate program logistics, scheduling, and customer communications
  • Support financial administration including AP/AR, payroll coordination, and budgeting
  • Assist with HR functions such as onboarding and employee records
  • Maintain CRM data and operational documentation
  • Improve internal processes and ensure efficient workflows
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in operations, business management, or office leadership
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience supporting financial or HR administrative processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small team environment
  • CRM or operational systems experience preferred
