Sr Associate Business Analyst

What you’ll be doing

• Analyze and refine requirements for insurance projects.
• Assist in gap analysis and suggest improvements.
• Support workshops and requirement walkthroughs.
• Participate in testing and validate requirements

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

• BA experience, ideally in insurance.
• Knowledge of one P&C function:
  Claims, Billing, or Policy Admin.
• Ability to draft user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology.
• Effective communication with business users and IT teams
