Job DescriptionOur direct client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site Senior Business Analyst with the following skills and expertise.
Responsibilities- 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis related to software development projects.
- Gathering and documenting requirements.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Working independently with initiative and judgment.
- Familiarity with standard market testing tools.
Looking for motivated, self-initiating individuals with strong collaboration skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Duties- Application administration using GUI interface.
- Application configuration and support.
- Coordinate with business users for requirements and support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for application upgrades.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and documentation.
- Maintain records of design decisions for reporting.
- Design report layouts and create design documentation.
- Validate user interface specifications.
- Design test guidelines and assist in UAT preparation.
- Identify training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience and good listening skills.
- Customer service and relationship management experience.
- Critical thinking skills.
