Graduate Consultant - Business Skills Development Program
LocationsConnecticut, Boston, New York & Cincinnati – Must be flexible to work in any of these locations.
Starting Salary$52,500 (increases after first year)

Roles- Business Analyst (BA):
Investigate and analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. BA’s take a holistic approach, considering people, processes, technology, and organisation structure to deliver value while minimizing risks. - Project Manager (PM):
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Tasks include delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and process improvement, gaining experience in project lifecycle management. - Project Management Officer (PMO):
Establish and maintain project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, scope/quality adherence, and budget control. PMOs oversee governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, risk management, and provide performance insights to senior management. - Product Manager
:
Orchestrate development, launch, and ongoing success of a product. Define product vision, create roadmaps, prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring quality and functionality resonating with key stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with partner organisations through the comprehensive 2‑year program.
- Continuous learning: industry‑accredited qualifications and certifications (Agile Project Management, IIBS Business Analysis, etc.).
- Mentoring and coaching from experienced coaches and technical trainers.
- Inclusive community focused on diversity and inclusion.
- Career transition into a permanent role with a client, opening doors to a high‑flying future.
- 3.3/4 GPA or higher. Business or Analytical focused pathway beneficial, but graduates from all subjects welcome.
- Right to work in the US. Visa sponsorship not available.
- Internship/Work Experience in BA or related fields preferred.
- Analytical problem‑solving skills – enjoy breaking down complex problems.
- Effective communication – clear, persuasive, and precise.
- Organization and planning – time management, task prioritization, structured working.
- Flexibility to work in a single location across the East Coast region.
- Starting Salary: $52,500, increases after the first year.
- PTO: 12 days, increasing by one day each year up to a maximum of 15 days.

- 401(k) Personal Pension:
For every 1% you contribute, Grayce contributes 0.5% (max employee contribution 7%).
