We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for guests and callers, making a positive and lasting impression through exceptional customer service and organization.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
• Assist with scheduling and basic data entry tasks

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
