Responsibilities- Provide proactive, efficient, and accurate executive level administrative support
- Prepare summaries and analyses of information including the consolidation of input from reporting units.
- Create and prepare correspondence and reports using most advanced Microsoft Office applications
- Coordinate details of projects and information gathering activities of reporting teams and business operations
- Organize complex meetings involving system leadership
- Prepare materials, and attend meetings and draft minutes as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts across HHC and understands reporting relationships in order to manage work.
- Organize and maintain files for senior leadership in a complete, accurate and timely fashion, and suggest changes to system to meet changing needs.
- High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
- Three (3) to Five (5) years’ progressive experience in senior leadership level administrative support in large operational organization
- Advanced computer skills including high proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets) and technologies supporting business operations.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills including drafting memos, presentations, reports
