Location: One Union Place, Hartford, CT

Ideal Experience- This position assists with all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services.
- The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset.
- Perform routine bookkeeping functions, ensuring timely and accurate entry of financial data.
- Work efficiently, effectively and accurately
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Hands-on experience in operating MS Excel, Office & Outlook
- Operations and administrative experience preferred

Administrative Account Manager
r, you will:
- Complete required month-end reports.
- Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
- Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
- Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employeeproductivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination.
- Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in shuttle fleet records, preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Assist office manager with administrative duties.
- Manage cash receipts, create invoices and create ageing reports.
- Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
- Respond to operational issues when needed.
- Maintain regular communication with manager and other staff and assist as needed.
- Process cash receipts and compile bank deposits for bookkeeper revenue reports.…
