Administrative Services Coordinator

Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, support travel and expense reporting, and manage calendar support for executive leaders.
- Take minutes and handle follow‑up for departmental and board committee meetings.
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials, including PowerPoint presentations and internal communications.
- Process invoices, set up conference room technology, manage supplies, and arrange travel and expense reimbursements.
- Manage small, short‑term functional area projects and oversee the functional area/department budget.
- Continuously seek ways to improve departmental processes, products and policies.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Experience: 2–3 years of administrative support and project management experience
