Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary)

Hartford, CT | On-Site | $24–$26/hour (based on experience)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting operations. In this position, you'll manage high-volume invoice processing, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Process and record high-volume invoices through scanning, data entry, and verification
• Maintain and organize AP documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage incoming AP mail and email to track vendor communications and invoices
• Categorize and code expenses for proper financial record keeping
• Assist with vendor information updates and account maintenance

• Minimum 1+ year of full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
• Proficiency with data entry and document scanning systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
