Senior Accountant – Hartford, CT area (Hybrid)
Salary: $105,000–$125,000 + bonus

Our client is scaling quickly and adding a Senior Accountant who wants to take their public accounting foundation and apply it inside the business—owning work end-to-end, partnering cross-functionally, and seeing real impact beyond the audit cycle.

This is not a churn-and-burn close role. It’s an industry seat designed for someone ready to trade charge hours and busy seasons for ownership, visibility, and growth.

• Lead capitalization of internally developed assets in partnership with R&D and Engineering

• Own fixed asset accounting, including process improvement

• Strengthen balance sheet processes and audit readiness from the inside

• Support GL and tax activity, including reconciliations and documentation

• Technical Accounting Research and apply complex IFRS guidance; serve as a technical accounting resource for financial reporting.

• Assist with the month-end close and financial reporting

• 3–5 years of accounting experience (public accounting strongly aligned)

• Solid technical foundation across financial statements and reconciliations
