Responsibilities of the Property Accountant
- The Property Accountant will prepare and post journal entries, including adjusting and recurring entries
- Manage cash transactions including deposits, disbursements, and cash receipts
- The Property Accountant will complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Interface regularly with tenants and internal teams regarding rent payments and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications of the Property Accountant
- The Property Accountant must have experience using Yardi
- Must have strong communication skills and be deadline-driven
Salary: $54-60k
