- Manage full-cycle accounting, ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant financials
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable operations
- Prepare monthly closes, reconciliations, and financial reports for leadership
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and grant-related activity for compliance
- Support annual audit and maintain strong internal controls across all processes
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Pivot table or Vlookup experience
- Hands on and ready to step into a supervisor role
