CIS Security has an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security and will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.

  4 on 4 off Nights Only 10pm to 6am

• SIA DS Licence required
• Security and customer service experience is required
• Must be flexible and be able to work days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change shifts due to operational needs
• Must have good command of English language
• Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all times
• Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site
• Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas
• First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence is a bonus
• Must have five years of checkable work history

• Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users
• Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro‑active and think on your feet use initiative
• Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
• Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
• Confident in writing incident and shift reports
• The ability to be pro‑active and think on your feet use initiative
• To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language
• To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded
• The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures. You will be part of a team seeing this site through from refurbishment to business as usual and must be comfortable working on a construction site moving into an office environment
