SOS Security is a values based modern security services company. We provide Security Guarding Services to one of Harrow’s modern residential sites.

We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, reliable team player to provide frontline Security guarding for our contract in London HA7.

Hours of work every week:
Fri-Sun 18:00pm
-6:00am.

Total 36 hours per week.

Pay Rate: £12.95 per hour.

• carry out routine patrols around the venue
• ask trespassers to leave the venue
• eject non compliant visitors at the venue
• report incidents as and when they occur
• control entry to the venue
• aiding customers in distress and where applicable administer the necessary first aid
• monitoring customer behaviour
• monitoring health and safety issues
• enforce venue rules

• a passion for customer care and a sensitivity to clients needs
• in-date SIA licence
• account for previous 5 years
• right to work in the UK
• experience of working in busy customer service environment within the hospitality or customer services industry or customer services industry or ideally corporate security
• experience in customer facing environments
• flexible for covering additional shifts
• enthusiasm and motivation to be a performance-driven team player
• ability to work on own initiative
• excellent organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines
• data management and strong record keeping skills
