Shift Lead

Overview

Shift Lead – Permanent Contract – 15 hours per week. Full‑time equivalent salary £27,709.50 per annum (incl. £2,044 per annum store allowance). 6.6 Weeks Holiday + Pension.

• Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Deploy colleagues correctly to make every customer count throughout your shift.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Maintain store safety at all times.

• Global view – not constrained to specific areas of the store.
