- Lead clinical care delivery across a designated unit
- Provide visible, hands‑on leadership during shifts
- Support the Home Manager with quality assurance, audits, and compliance
- Supervise, mentor, and support nurses and care staff on the unit
- Oversee medication management, GP rounds, and clinical decision‑making
- Complete CHC checklists and support DoLS/LPS processes
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments remain accurate and up to date
This role requires experience in a senior or unit lead nursing position within a nursing home. - Applicants must be a registered nurse confident overseeing clinical standards and staff practice., Registered Nurse (NMC)
- Experience in a Senior Nurse or Unit Lead role within a nursing home
- Strong clinical knowledge of long‑term and complex conditions
- Confidence with safeguarding, CQC standards, and clinical audits
- Ability to lead staff calmly and effectively during busy shifts
- Experience working across dementia, mental health, or palliative care settings
Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse) - £22-£23 per hour - 36 Hours - Day Shifts, Pay rate: £22-£23 per hour - Hours:
