We’re looking for a Billing Education Recruitment Branch Manager to lead and grow our high-performing Harrow office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven agency recruitment background—ideally within the education or social care sectors
—who is ready to take their leadership to the next level.

As a Billing Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team of Consultants and Resource rs while continuing to manage your own successful desk. You’ll drive business development, mentor staff, and shape the strategic direction of the branch with the support of senior management.

• Lead from the front with your own billings and client development
• Manage, inspire, and grow a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resource rs
• Develop and execute branch sales plans and strategies
• Conduct regular 1‑2‑1s and team meetings to support performance and wellbeing
• Hire and develop talent in line with Enlighten’s values and growth plans
• Foster a high‑performing, motivated, and collaborative team culture
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships, ensuring satisfaction and quality service
• Act on feedback from our Learning & Development and senior leadership teams

• Proven billing success in agency recruitment (
  education sector preferred)
• Experience in leading or managing a recruitment team
• Strong knowledge of the education recruitment market (or similar sectors)
• Results‑driven, resilient, and passionate about growth and leadership
• Exceptional interpersonal and team‑building skills
