The Mission:Driving Enterprise Transformation
We are a rapidly scaling Data & AI consultancy, and we are looking for a Senior Client Partner to join our team. This is not a standard account management role. We seek a strategic leader who thrives on long‑term, transformational journeys with enterprise clients, delivering multi‑million‑pound engagements that redefine their business through data and AI.
You will be the commercial and strategic nexus of our significant client relationships. This role requires exceptional experience in navigating complex corporate landscapes and a desire to be an owner in a fast‑paced, high‑growth scale‑up environment. What You Will Deliver- Own the Transformation Pipeline: Strategically identify, qualify, and land new enterprise clients, demonstrating where our Data & AI expertise can deliver unprecedented, measurable business value.
- Deepen Enterprise Accounts: Develop and execute comprehensive 1‑3 year account plans for existing clients, proactively mapping out the next phase of their transformation journey and expanding our footprint through strategic follow‑on engagements.
- Navigate the C‑Suite: Establish and maintain trusted‑advisor relationships with C‑level and SVP stakeholders across technology, product, finance, and business units, acting as the commercial lead for all Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and strategic contract negotiations.
- Commercial Leadership & Value Realisation: Ensure every piece of work (new and existing) is scoped, priced, and delivered to a standard that guarantees client success, enabling you to articulate the ROI and secure continuous investment.
- Scale‑Up Growth Owner: Balance the pursuit of new logos with the exponential growth of current accounts, serving as a proactive force for revenue generation in a dynamic, high‑ambiguity setting.
- Proven Enterprise Consulting
Experience:
Significant professional experience in a client‑facing role, specifically selling and leading multi‑year, strategic engagements within the Data, AI, or advanced Technology Consulting space. - Scale‑Up DNA: A genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, scale‑up environment. You must be resilient, adaptable, and see opportunity in rapid change and operational fluidity.
- Strategic Relationship Architect: Demonstrated ability to build sophisticated stakeholder maps, navigate complex decision‑making processes within large organisations, and exert influence across technical and commercial functions (Engineering, Data Science, Product, C‑Suite).
- Value‑Driven Commercial Leader: A track record of identifying business pain points and translating complex technical solutions (e.g., ML platforms, GenAI strategy, Big Data architecture) into clear, compelling business outcomes and financial justifications.
- Consultative Approach: Exceptional listen‑first skills, with the ability to lead the conversation, tailor messaging to different audiences, and challenge client assumptions constructively.
- Deep Domain Expertise: Extensive experience managing and growing enterprise‑level accounts in sectors such as TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Retail, CPG, or Finance.
- Infectious Technical Passion: A true passion for modern technology. You are genuinely enthusiastic about the practical application of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Data Analytics, and you communicate this passion effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
