Join Moneybox and help our 1.3 million customers build wealth with confidence. As a Senior Insight Analyst you will use analytical rigor to uncover customer insights that drive product strategy, optimise in‑app journeys and deliver meaningful experiences.

• Strategic Customer Intelligence – Explore complex data to understand behaviour, trend, and outcome for users and products; provide insights that improve engagement, commercial outcomes and marketing efficiency.
• Technical Leadership – Own and evolve dashboards that surface critical trends for leadership and business users; design, build and embed data products that are adopted to make decisions.
• Experimentation – Plan and conduct sophisticated A/B tests to measure and optimise the in‑app experience, communications, and money flows.
• Commercial Performance – Own commercial performance for a customer segment; collaborate with finance to ensure performance versus budget informs decisions across the team.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product, Design, CRM and Finance to analyse funnels, identify drop‑off points, suggest data‑backed improvements, and support sizing new opportunities.

• Professional Profile Driven and ambitious with 2–5 + years in a high‑performing analytical environment (e.g., consultancy, fintech, consumer app).
• Commercial Acumen Proven track record of using data to drive business value and effect tangible change.
• Mission‑Aligned Genuine interest in Moneybox and passion for helping everyone reach financial goals.
• Collaborative Leader Personable communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency
  • SQL expert – advanced knowledge, with Databricks, Snowflake or Big Query preference.
  • Data visualization – significant experience with Power
  
  BI, Tableau or Looker.
  • Programming – experience with Git Hub and dbt preferred.
  • Analytical rigor – understanding of A/B test measurement, statistical concepts and app analytics tools like Mixpanel.

Hybrid:
London office 2 days per week, 3 days remote. Hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
